One Year Unconditional Warranty

Rain chain products carry a warranty for a period of one year from the date of purchase against failure for any reason, including weather effects such as wind, ice, snow and other temperature conditions.

They are not guaranteed against failure due to improper installation, theft and vandalism or other non-natural damage. This includes the use of rain chain products for anything besides draining rainwater from a roof to the ground.

Rain chain copper products are unfinished and intended to age naturally in an outdoor environment; changes in the look of the product are normal and not covered by the warranty. Powder coated products are guaranteed to retain their finish and luster for one year. 

Limited Lifetime Warranty

Our products are guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product.

Lifetime means:

• As long as the product is produced and sold by us; discontinued items no longer carry a warranty.
• As long as the original customer owns the product. The warranty is not transferable to a new owner.

After one year, the Limited Lifetime Warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear from weather conditions, including wind, ice and snow. Rain chains have moving parts that will wear out over time; this is normal.
